1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Elevate Verify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Elevate Verify is a third-party software tool that facilitates insurance and identification verification for private fleet rental businesses. Our platform:
- Helps verify whether a renter’s insurance policy appears active, legitimate, and transferable to a rental
- Provides privacy-safe summaries based on structured insurance data submitted by or on behalf of renters
- Does not certify, approve, or guarantee insurance coverage, claims eligibility, or legal compliance
Elevate Verify is not an insurance provider, broker, or legal advisor.
3. User Responsibilities
As a User of Elevate Verify, you agree to:
- Use our Services solely for lawful business purposes related to rental verification
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account information
- Obtain all required authorization and consent from renters before submitting or accessing their insurance data
- Review and apply your own business’s insurance standards and risk policies before approving any rental based on verification summaries
4. Data Privacy and Consent
You agree that:
- Elevate Verify will process and summarize renter-submitted insurance data securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- You are responsible for informing renters that their insurance information may be reviewed for verification purposes
- You will not misuse or share renter data beyond the context of your rental business operations
We comply with applicable U.S. privacy regulations including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) as applicable to third-party data facilitators.
5. Limitations of Our Verification
Elevate Verify generates summaries using submitted data and publicly available insights about typical insurance structures.
We do not:
- Guarantee insurance coverage or outcomes
- Guarantee that a policy will be honored by a carrier
- Determine legal responsibility or contractual terms between you and a renter
- Accept liability for how your business uses or interprets verification results
The final decision regarding acceptance of renter insurance rests with the rental operator.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use Elevate Verify for purposes unrelated to rental verification (e.g., credit analysis, personal research, competitive data scraping)
- Submit falsified or unauthorized information
- Reverse-engineer or replicate our platform
- Share or distribute Elevate Verify’s system outputs externally without consent
7. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, content, and materials related to Elevate Verify are owned by Elevate Ventures Inc. or licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform solely for verification-related purposes in accordance with this agreement.
8. Service Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Ventures Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Claims arising from incorrect or incomplete insurance data submitted by renters
- Rental business decisions made based on verification summaries
Our platform offers a decision-support tool — not an underwriting or claims authority.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Elevate Verify at any time if you violate this agreement, abuse the service, or engage in practices harmful to Elevate Ventures Inc. or other users.
10. Governing Law
This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
11. Modifications
We may update this User Agreement periodically. You will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
